Phil was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and even starting to diagnose my issue over the phone. My car wouldn’t drive, wouldn’t go into gear, but he talked me through some troubleshooting and got me going again. That saved me a tow truck fee, thanks, Phil!

I own a 2006 Ford Expedition that required a new driver’s seat motor system, allowing the seat to move forward and recline. I bought a used one from EBay Motors. But I needed to get someone to install. Josh and two other mechanics installed the system. Not sure if many auto shops would have attempted. Had some doubts whether it would work - a combination of system I bought and / or installing it properly. Success. Took almost three hours, with three mechanics help. Very pleased.
